BH Notary — NYC Notary & Document Services is a notary and document-services provider. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
We do not determine whether a document is legally sufficient, enforceable, appropriate for a particular transaction, or acceptable to a court, government agency, financial institution, title company, foreign government, or other receiving organization.
Clients should consult qualified legal counsel when legal advice is required.
Pricing disclaimer
New York statutory notarial fees are separate from mobile, travel, convenience, administrative, rush, specialty, courier, printing, and other professional service charges. Advertised appointment prices (for example, $150 or $225) are professional service charges and are not statutory notarial fees.
Documents provided to us
Documents may be reviewed for appointment logistics and notarization requirements only. Reviewing or receiving a document does not mean BH Notary is providing legal advice or determining whether the document is legally valid.
Notarial discretion
A notary may decline to perform a notarial act when identity cannot be satisfactorily established, when the signer appears not to understand or not to be acting willingly, or when the act would not comply with applicable law.
Privacy Policy
We collect the information you provide when you request an appointment or contact us — such as your name, phone number, email, appointment address, and details or files related to your documents — solely to schedule, prepare for, perform, and follow up on the services you request.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We share information only with service providers needed to fulfill your request (for example, couriers, payment processors, or government offices for apostille processing), or when required by law.
- Uploaded documents are used for appointment logistics only and are retained no longer than reasonably necessary, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.
- You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.
This website uses Google Fonts. It does not use advertising trackers.
Terms of Service
- Estimates. Online prices and calculator results are estimates based on starting rates. Your final price is confirmed with you before dispatch.
- Payment. Payment is requested after appointment details and final pricing are confirmed, by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay where available.
- Arrival times. Priority, rush, and urgent services are subject to availability, location, traffic, building access, and appointment requirements. Specific arrival times are not guaranteed.
- Signer readiness. Signers must be present with acceptable identification and complete, unsigned documents unless otherwise instructed by the receiving organization.
- Third-party fees. Government, county, state, courier, shipping, and other third-party fees are the client’s responsibility and are separate from our service fees.
- Outcomes. We are not responsible for a receiving organization’s acceptance or rejection of a document, or for government processing times.
Cancellation Policy
- Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled without charge with reasonable advance notice before dispatch.
- Once a notary has been dispatched, cancellations or no-shows may be charged the travel and service fee confirmed for the appointment.
- If an appointment cannot be completed because of missing identification, incomplete documents, signer unavailability, or facility access issues, the service fee may still apply.
- Rush and urgent requests may be subject to different terms, which will be confirmed when the appointment is booked.
